We were very close. The Sales people at Herb Chambers Lincoln made our dealership experience a very enjoyable one. Besides the automobile being an incredible value, the service matched that. They know how to make you feel special and that brings you back for not only for maintenance service but future purchases. I ended up purchasing this vehicle as my first car and they were very helpful and clear throughout the whole process. The dealer quickly responded to my request. Vehicle was ready, clean and in good condition for a test drive.

Great customer service. Purchased car with no issues. Highly recommend this dealership. Totally not competitive price wise. Many extraneous added options. I sent them my information within 20 minutes I received an email to set up an appointment to look at the car. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcome by the entire staff. Eddy my salesman made the experience very easy.

Everyone was accommodating and helpful. My sales person Saeed was knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I gave a full trade in description including the VIN, mileage, and service history with my payoff and asked for an approximate breakdown of the out the door cost. An auto reply with an actually follow up would have been better. They reached out to me, but I was already interested in another car.

No fault of theirs. Advisors were quick to respond to my inquiry. When I arrived they had someone available right away, they were quick to let me try the next model year because of my concerns with the interface being so similar to my last car and the problems I had with that. CJDR dealerships are truly great places to shop, they hold their salesmen to a high standard and it reflects that through all aspects of the car buying process.

They bait and switch you yell you car is there then you get there and they tell you someone jus put some money Down on the car and try to get you to buy more expensive model. A got a nice car for a good price,the car had a lot of miles but as long as its maintained cars run no problem. Professional Very helpful,good costumer service and good deals. Made an appointment for this car and said I would be irate if I came in and they were bating me as I was driving over an hour to get there.

They assured it would be there and said if something came up in the next couple of for me to get there that they would call me. They bated me and never had the car to sell.

After sale, a bit of pressure from another person to buy an extended warranty, but I guess that just goes with the territory. I've been using their service department for service for several years with our CR-V and found them be organized, reliable and to do good work. Vehicle exactly as described, sales process was easy, very accommodating dealer with friendly and personable staff.

However, I was disappointed that the dealership would not transport the car to a closer dealership or store the car. They reached out to me about a vehicle I was interested in.
