People steal a lot and they don't hire security so you're in charge of stopping them or calling the police. You get worked like a dog in tagging. The staff was incredibly kind. Manager and assistant managers are incredible. Very understanding, positive, willing to listen to your needs. But don't expect very good pay even with a high position. Store closes at 8 but you'd get out at 9 or or later if it was really busy every night because it's always understaffed. Cons terrible district manager, always understaffed, terrible turnaround rate, low pay. I was underpaid, discriminated against, and promised false promotions.

The pay is not that great though, particularly for floor supervisors. Crossroads Trading Company is a great place to work. The culture is laid back and the management team is knowledgeable and pleasant. There any many nice people who work there. I really enjoyed my time working there, it was great. The hourly pay was a bit low compared to what I was working in before but this was in my field of study. I only left when offered a job at 6 more dollars an hour. I'd work there again if I could still afford life at that rate.

Management can get a bit competitive with having so many mangers on staff. A bit stressful buying clothes and checking customers along with maintaining the store at the same time. A great place to work. My experience working at Crossroads is very positive. I enjoyed my time there and loved working with the people around me. Everyone was willing to help you out with anything needed and management was very hands on which I liked. Upper management and floor staff have a disconnect. The flow of the store completely depends on the manager. High turn over. People usually leave after a year because of the stress.
