East side charlotte

Kudos to CMPD. What I'm seeing on the east side Windsor Park and Oakhurst is similar to what I saw occur on the fringes of Dilworth thirty years ago: yuppies buying and renovating.

Charlotte is running out of real estate, so many of the areas that have been overlooked are getting a second look by folks who work uptown and really don't want the awesome experience of commuting ninety minutes from the exurbs. From Windsor Park and Oarkhurst, it's a twenty-to-thirty minute commute to uptown. Oakhurst is a hidden gem. There are some beautiful, stately homes there.
