I have been living at Bella Verde Apartments for over a year. This property was San Souci prior. I have noticed several upgrades on property. I have lived here for just under a year. Since then we have gotten a new manager and she really cares about this place.

Next to North Mountain; great park for hiking- walking- views. Close to award-winning medical complex. Knowing there are lots of dogs in the neighborhood, there aren't frequent piles left on the sidewalks or yards. Occasionally your here the cries of some poor pup left out because they were adopted by a wrong family. Even a few specific dog parks. Lots of area to walk your dog. And tons of green bag to pick up after your dog. A lot of break ins. Child molesters ".
