Primer pan will heat the alcohol generating a gas that will light from the primer fire. Works good and will boil water in about 10 minutes.

Stove will burn for 12 to 15 minutes and all cools very fast, except the ball bearing. The ball bearing stays hot for a long time and it is best to pour water on it to make sure it is cool before touching. All works well in a nice small package.
