Any of them you see will never show up. They won't refund you if you find a place without using their service like they say they do. Locators will not call you back when you try to discuss getting the refund with them. Don't listen to them when they say you have to follow it like they want you to. So if you have a life and miss a day, you're not 'following the program'. If you think they are going to "help you find a place" then think again.

They will simply give you a short list of properties and then youre on your own. Pretty cool concept this is! I work about 65 to 70 hours a week and needed to move to a larger apartment since I work out of my home a couple days a week and I was starting to drown in paperwork in my little one bedroom on Arch St. I have no time to search through a bunch of newspapers and 10 different web sites every day so after talking to Ed, one of their reps I signed up right over the phone. He gave me access to their web site and I had password to get in to my own personal site that showed me everything that matched what I was looking for.

I looked every morning at 5 AM while I drank my coffee, some days there were a lot of new places to check out, some days not. I found the perfect place in a little less than a month and finally moved in last week. I love all the room I have, a great city view and all the amenities I needed. This was a fantastic way for me to have a lot of options with no time to search. Will recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

Anyway, a friend told me about Locators and I stopped in the Whitehall office. After talking to them I decided to give it a shot. Well she was not kidding when she said they specialized in quick moves! From when I joined them to when we moved into our new place was only 6 days! They are scam artist — I was relocating for a new job, I was told by Andre that this service was a good one and they would put me in a house, that I asked for at.

It is a scam. They put ads in the paper stating that they have places for rent but when you pay for the service then they do not have the same places on the weneedtomove website. If you are looking to relocate do not use them. Go to a realitor or search for yourself. This service is a waste of money and the people who work they lie to maintain and explain their lack of competence. It just was'nt a good area for my newborn son. I needed a 1 or 2 br still in the city. I saw some ads in the Philly Daily News for some company called Locators so I called them up and went to their Philly office and walked out with hundreds of possibles!

After about two weeks I took a place in Port Richmond. It was very easy, I didnt have to go to any area I didnt want and I knew which places had the features I needed before going to even see a place!

Worked out really well for me! Cheaper to buy a newspaper!! Andre was Great — I went into the Philadelphia office to sign up because I wanted to see someone from this company face to face and have them answer my questions. Andre is the manager there and he was great. He answered ALL my questions and made me feel comfortable giving them my hard earned money. Hope it works for me!

Either way, Andre's boss, he is fantastic! Found a place before I got home — I spoke to this guy who told me to go the Philly office to register with them, the problem was they close at 5 during the week and I could not get there before that so I had to wait until a Sat to go. He gave me a bunch of different properties to call. When I left the office I sat in my car and called a few of them.

I made an appointment with someone to come look at their place right away. I loved it, I loved the price, I loved the owner. We found a great place where we lived for two years but due to a new arrival in our family! We needed a bigger place. I called them again and spke to the same person that helped me 2 years ago This made me feel really good about the company. Peter gave me a "reregistration discount" which was great! Anyway, its been 3 weeks and we just signed a lease on our new 3 bedroom home in Queen Village that is also a rent to own! So instead of just renting, we are paying towards the home being ours!

Granted there was a huge amount of listings even though about half of them where rented even if you called them same day or the landlords didnt bother calling back. Also have we been offered properties that are in unlivable conditions and as we complained to the staff of Locators we had been told that the condition of the property is not there problem which seems redundend to me since they are advertised as move in conditions.

Move in contdition is not the roof missing, walls torn down or no plumbing installed, also family friendly neighborhood is not being the only house not boarded up on the block or fallen in. I am very disapointed that our refund has been denied due to the fact that we had to find a house on our own, also did we listen to the representative who had told us in order to get the most updated listing to go online.

Apparently that was naive of us to believe him because now its been used against us for a reason of non refund. We were homeless for over a month so even if we wanted there was no adresse they could have mailed the listing to.
